General

What is a Predict index?

A basket of three to five tokens with fixed weights, wrapped so it trades as one asset. Buying it gives you exposure to every asset in the basket at the weight that was published.

Who can create one?

Anyone with a connected wallet. There is no listing committee and no approval queue. You pick the assets, set the weights, and the index is written.

Which chains can I pull assets from?

Robinhood Chain, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Solana. A single index can hold assets that live on different chains. Paste a contract address and Predict Index resolves the token, its symbol and its live price.

Pricing

How is the index price worked out?

The live price of each asset multiplied by its weight, summed. Crypto prices come from the token DexScreener pair. Tokenized stocks and real-world assets are priced from the underlying ticker they represent, so tNVDA follows NVDA and tGOLD follows gold. The price is recomputed on the server at the moment of every trade.

Perps

Can I short an index or use leverage?

Yes. Every index has a perpetual market. Long or short with 1x to 5x leverage, collateralised from your trading balance. The liquidation price is shown before you open the position.

When do I get liquidated?

The liquidation level sits at 90 percent of your collateral in the losing direction. At 5x that is an 18 percent move against you, at 2x it is a 45 percent move. Your payout on a closed position can never go below zero, so you cannot lose more than the collateral you put up.

Balance

What is the trading balance for?

One balance funds both spot and perps. You deposit ETH on Robinhood Chain to the treasury address, the deposit is verified on-chain before it is credited, and every deposit is deduplicated by transaction hash so the same transfer can never be counted twice.

How do I get my money out?

Sell your spot position or close your perp position, then withdraw from your balance to your own wallet. Withdrawals are sent straight from the treasury on Robinhood Chain.

What does it cost?

You pay network gas to deposit and withdraw. There is no listing fee for publishing an index.

Risk

What are the risks?

Leverage can wipe out your collateral on a fairly small move in the underlying basket. Thin liquidity in any constituent token can move an index price sharply. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and you should not commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
